Oaxacan Wide Hand-Poured Ombré Taper Candles
Made using local bee's wax, and a hand-poured technique passed down through generations of Oaxacan candle makers, each taper is built up layer by layer, poured by hand over four days, dozens of times until the wax reaches its full length — a slow process that can't be rushed or mechanized. The soft gradient of colors utilizing only natural pigments is a signature of this artisan: no two candles fade in quite the same way.
Sold individually, each taper is finished with a hand-twisted wick and left slightly imperfect at the base — a mark of the hand, not the mold.
